Where do InternetPharmacy.ie deliver?

How much is delivery?
Rep. of Ireland: our standard delivery charge is €4.95 for orders under €49 and we offer free delivery for orders over €49.
When will I get my order?
We ship all our orders received before 3pm on a next day service within Rep. Ireland.
Unfortunately, the next day service cannot be guaranteed as the current delivery time is ranging from 1 to 5 working additional days. This is due to the impact of Covid-19, namely, greater volumes of parcels (mainly online shopping) and social distancing requirements in the workplace.
Why has my order not been delivered yet?
If you are concerned an order is taking longer than expected, please check the courier tracking in the dispatch notification email we sent you for a delivery status.
If you still have concern, contact us and we will be glad to investigate.

When can I collect my order?
Your order can be collected from our shop anytime within these opening hours : Mon-Fri 9am-7pm and Sat 11am-6pm
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays & Bank Holidays so a weekend order will not be ready until 1 working day later.
You will be notified by email when you're order is ready for collection.
Please bring an order confirmation with you, eg email printout or phone with email.

Orders can be collected from our pharmacy at : Late Night Pharmacy, 2 Ardfallen Mall, Douglas Road, Cork, T12 WD6X, Ireland (next to Briar Rose pub)
Can I pay by Credit Card or Debit Card?
Yes, we accept a wide range of credit and debit cards. When you're ready to checkout, you will get the option to pay by card on the payment page.
Can I pay by Paypal?
Yes, we accept a wide range of credit and debit cards. When you're ready to checkout, you will get the option to pay by card or Paypal on the payment page.
When will product ABC be back in stock?
If you wish to be notified when a 'Sold Out' product is back in stock, you can contact us

If you have a query regarding the features of any product, please contact us with your question and we'll be happy to help clarify.
Do you stock product XYZ?
If you don't see the product you're looking for, please contact us - if we don't have it in stock then we may consider adding it to our range, either way we'll let you know.

How do I cancel my order?
If you have placed and order and wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately. Message us your order number and reason for cancelling, eg change of mind. It is not always possible to cancel an order however we will do our best - it may have to be returned by you (see returns below).

If you have placed and order and wish to change it, please contact us immediately. Message us your order number and the change you wish to make, eg change delivery address, contact number, order quantity, items ordered, etc. It is not always possible to change an order however we will do our best - it may have to be returned by you (see returns below).
If order items or quantities are changed:
- we will make a refund to your account for the difference if the new total is less than the original total
- we will issue you with an invoice and request for payment if the new total is greater than the original total
How do I return an item?
Submit a Return Request within 14 days.
On receiving approval, send the item back in same unused condition with copy of order by tracked or recorded delivery to: Ardfallon Mall P Limited, 2 Ardfallen Mall, Douglas Road, Cork, T12 WD6X, Ireland

We want you to be happy with your products purchased from InternetPharmacy.ie so if your order arrives with an item that is broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please submit a Return Request within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of item. We will happily replace the product or issue a full refund.
